Dr. Rafael Benezra, MD, is the Center Medical Director for IntuneHealth’s Pembroke Pines Central center. He believes that truly listening to patients is one of the most important roles of a physician. “If you listen to what the patient has to say, you will understand their concerns and their fears, [and] you will be able to identify any potential barriers [they need] to work on,” Dr. Benezra says.
In his off time, you can find Dr. Benezra golfing, trying new cuisines, and reading historical texts.
